It’s very strict, essentially everything except unprocessed meats are eliminated. I’m keeping in tea and one type of seasoning just because it makes it easier to handle. :)
Hoping to get some relief from pain and brain fog.
So, you are only eating meat?
I have two left feet but I signed up for a trial of a martial arts class anyway. Even if I don’t sign up, I think it’s good to push myself to try things I normally wouldn’t.
Self defense is always a good idea
 
I checked back on the calendar. I've been working out on the elliptical since December 8th. That is 109 days.

That is motivation enough to keep it going!

I didn't write down when I started my "oatmeal for breakfast M-F" but I think it was in January.
 
Feeling achy today. The class was intense but good. I’m glad I went.
I’m surprised at how much came back from my previous martial arts training years ago. I have been to three classes thus far, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll continue to incorporate strength training but I think this will be the bulk of my activity.

I wish I had paid attention to my diet and fitness sooner, but better late than never. Two weeks in - a lifetime to go.
