Our chicks where shipped out yesterday from meyer hatchery. My tracking number however says they havent left Ohio yet. kind of concerned because its been almost 24 hours since they were recieved at that usps. anyone else having issues with This? Really excited for our chicks 2 EE's and 15 leann adopt me bargain chicks.

Shipping info can lag sometimes. I have had packages arrive before tracking said they were in the city before. They should be better about it with chicks but...

Mine appear to be in that same boat. I live 9 house from the hatchery and they sat in mo for 13 hours, left this morning and still haven't shown up or been scanned since departure. I'm fearing the worst as they are bantams.....

15 Buff Orpington little girls and 1 Buff Orpington little boy due to arrive the 1st week of May from Murray McMurray. My husband and I were both farm kids thru high school but city folk since until last June. My husband and I hit a deer on our motorcycle and life changed. In November we moved to small 3and acre farm. Looking forward to Spring. My eleven year old is so excited to be a farm girl with real livestock...all 16 of them. Giggle

Picked my babies up this morning at the PO! So excited they are adorable. I had 1 DOA it was one of my silkies! They look good hoping they continue to thrive!

Mine came from MM and a day early. Last email said they were in Georgia and 30 mins later the PO called saying my chicks were here. 48 and all and all alive. This morning the rare free one died. Poofy headed one some said may be a Polish, don't know, she was slow and had pasty butt which I cleaned twice a day, but too weak I guess. The Cornish X, WL, Red and Black Stars all good so far.

my first partridge silkie just hatched yesterday! so exciting when my hen got off her nest and one of the 2 eggs had hatched.

I had 25 come this morning and 1 DOA 1 is struggling, 9 goes to a friend, I called her and told her she had to come get them before I decide to keep them all, it was hard watching her pick hers out and take them. I am left with 15 maybe 14 if the 1 goes, I could get more but I keep saying they grow up. Good luck with all of yours! and the new ones to come.
