The Feather Craft Thread

I know people have mentioned different things they can do with feather on other threads, but I wanted a comprehensive list of crafts and projects.

Ideally I think the posts should either contain photos of completed crafts with instructions, links to sites with good how-tos, completed projects, or pictures of the feathers you have to work with if you are looking for ideas.

For now, I am in the gathering phase, but I really want to try making a feather hat band. I just have to get my drake's feathers before the local wild birds make off with them

I am jumping on to see what other have.. I will be up to my teeth in feathers soon and would love to do some crafts with them...

I have been making earrings. I use crimp beads to hold the smaller feathers together then wrap colored copper beading wire around the rest of the quills. Make a loop at the end slide a bead over it and add the hooks.
