The Feather tips on the tail on my month old Ancona pullets

these are my 1 month old Ancona chicks one of them has a red comb developing while the other is smaller, but they both have these on the tips of their tail feathers. It’s hard to tell if they’re baby feathers fading away or rooster feathers growing also I took a closer look and they were easily removable. Not that I plucked it off as I was getting a good look they just broke off out of my hand.

Look to be tail feathers they are losing as they are growing new ones in. They most likely hadn't got to preening them yet.

They’re just some wonky tail feathers. They don’t mean anything when you’re trying to determine gender.
