This is my second hatch, and the first to be successful (this far)!! Noticed a bit of peeping this morning when I was making noise aka refilling the water dish and now there's an external pip!! It's sooooOOoo hard to not poke around with the eggs...but I'm just glad these are doing better than my last hatch! Hoping for chicks in the morning! Four eggs, tiny hatch I know but I have a separate bator with more due later this week :)

Heard a loud CRACK and it's beginning to zip!! I am up so late I don't think I'll be able to sleep

Pic time...It's moving around a LOT and peeping whenever it hears me.
Very noticable difference from my last hatch (failed), seems much healthier and lively!
It's siblings have yet to start doing anything

Yayyyyy how 'egg'citing! What breeds are they? Don't discount the other ones if they don't pip for you soon. Mine had serious "egg attachment" issues and didn't hatch until day 24. lol

Please post pictures when he/she makes his/her way into the world. :]
Well this egg is from a Grey easter egger hen and either another EE rooster or my RIR...dunno who got to her lol!! But it looks grey and yellow (definitely has some kind of pattern) now updated pic!
Peeping furiously!!! Def. posting tons of pics when he/she is out!!
(ps - slipping the camera in doesn't drop the temp or anything because its my ipod and can fit right under the lid barely opening anything, so i get to peek...somewhat
