Lilith crept from the bushes, hardly a shadow as she moved with soundless grace. She spotted Silvanus crouching on the rock and froze, her lips curling back over her razor sharp teeth and letting a quiet, but deadly snarl creep through her jaws.
He languidly met her eyes, unblinking and unfazed with her snarl.
His colors set him out from the background like parrot in a pigeon pen. Vivid greens and reds contrasting with the grays and darker colors of the area.
