The Fricken Chicken story!

Oh my that sounds like here. I was so excited last weekend, to see Gmork on my back deck! Lol most of my flock come up to the back door looking for handouts!
Same here. The deck is snack central. Once they figure that out you can't keep them away. 🥰

It's a wonderful gift for someone else. Do you normally give some away?
I didn't plan on keeping all the EE or California whites. But I didn't want to just give them to someone random. I wanted them to go to someone I know. When I send chickens off, I try to keep tabs on them. I haven't spoke to her in a while, she called to wish me happy birthday. We talked chickens, and well that is what happened! Lol but to answer your question. It just depends. The 3 brahma, and 2 polish are staying. Same for the other 3 EE and 2 CW.

My little Toodles, she is so sweet. Loves to be petted and loved on. If I don't pay attention to her, she makes sure she gets my undivided attention, by flying up to my arm.

The look of love!

This bum... his testosterone is kicking in. Today I reached down to pet him, and he lightly grab my skin and I'm pretty sure he was going to mount my arm...... I quickly interrupted his process with a quick grab. And shoved under my arm for the rest of the morning chores. :lau what an ornery boy... Never had a rooster want to be that close with me! :lau

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm thinking Nessy is going to have eyebrow crest. They stick straight up, like horns! 🤣🤣 She is getting really big too!

I'm thinking Griffy is a little rooster. Some awfully thin feathers coming in.... plus he has comb and waddles. I have no idea if I will keep him. He will probably be fair sized, more of a standard size bird. I've always kept bantam roosters with Falkor. I suppose we can try it and see.
