Do you mean how is it going with the meat bird breeding or how does it work?
Let me rephrase that question! Have you butchered any of the NN cross, to see how they compare to a regular say Cornish cross? Meat wise? I want to do meat birds maybe in the spring. I want to get a deep freezer first.
