Cooler weather has been really weird this year. It got down into the forties the other night and now my raspberries are in blossom again! They are everbearing, but they haven't finished ripening the first crop that was already late due to the cold spring.

Back to work.

I wish I lived closer to you flocks- I would be helping you pick (or eat) all the berries! I have some raspberries I transplanted from our old house that still haven't got planted yet and I have several starts from profti that are not doing so well- still no green on them

. I had what was looking like a great blueberry harvest until my little cookie (my youngest nubian) got out of her fence and ate all the green and blooms off of it (she is on a tie out until she is too big to fit under the little holes under the fence) She was my favorite goat... not so much now.
