Wonderful family photo. Keep it forever.
This is the first year that I didn't go near the stove. Went to SIL Clint's Mom's house for dinner. I expected about 10 people with the three of us. Turns out that about 40 people showed up. I kid you not. My memory is so bad that I could not remember who I had met before so I hugged every girl and lady and shook all the fellows hands. And sure enough, a bunch of people introduced themselves. ha I had a good time, lots of wonderful food and a to-go box. AJ was telling his mom( my DD) that he didn't talk to anyone. I didn't notice but I was talking a lot. I don't allow anyone to overlook me. Not gonna happen.Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!
Hope y'all got to be with those you love. I got to go to my parents and one of my sisters and her family was there. My nephew is getting married next April down in Missouri, I got to meet his fiancé. The food was delicious, plentiful and the company was great - so a good day was had.
Thanks for the picture Tomtommom! It is precious!.
Hello everyone! Its been a long time since I have been on here. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We had one of our BR toms for dinner and he was delicious! It is so funny my 10 year old Morgan never wants to eat any turkey but ours- and chicken is getting the same way. Home grown just tastes better!
that's very eggciting!! .. tell me where did you order them from? Did these come from a a breeder or hatchery? Thanks in advance! This is how Agatha's eggs arrived today: Each egg was tucked pointed side down under those little plugs you see. Under that 4 inch thick flat of foam was another layer of foam. Then the plugs went over the eggs and another layer of foam was on top. The box was packed very snuggly - it was hard to pull the foam out! Not a single crack in any of the 15 eggs. I was pleased as punch, never having ordered eggs before. The eggs were also very clean, and pretty uniform in size. I'm sorry your experience wasn't as good and you got scrambled eggs, Linda. I'll have to look up those OE Basques... never heard of those and they sound interesting!![]()
