The Front Porch Swing

Well, my hubby has decided that we need to go on a diet - right now. So here we go again. We were going to start Weight Watchers again, but I pointed out that if we wait till Jan, they usually drop the $30 sign-up fee. For $60, he is willing to wait on WW till Jan. So we are doing calorie tracking on our smartphones for the month. It is a free app, so we''ll give a try as a start. My thinking on this - maybe I can stop the rising scale and get a better start to the diet in the new year.

Wish me luck! Of course, I am the one to make the meal plan and control the food. My main goal is to increase my exercise level right now.

that's very eggciting!!
.. tell me where did you order them from? Did these come from a a breeder or hatchery? Thanks in advance!
Here you go

A little pricey but if you can talk your seller into buying them, or buy and ship to them, you would get immensely more hatchability. It might me the difference in hatching 3 shipped eggs and 30. I plan to bite the bullet and buy some. They are reuseable

My sample size of exactly ONE says - go get a job as a clerk at the PO! Lots of exercise and no time to snack

Wife has lost ~25% of her "pre working" weight in the last year. 10 more pounds and she will be at the healthy weight she was 25 years ago. Pack healthy food in your lunch bag NO calorie counting.

This I knew. I went from an extremely active on my feet job to a sit down computer job and gained 25 lbs in 4 mo. Never had an active job again and Never lost the weight. Crept up year after year. BUT for the first time in forever I seem to be stabilized on weight. I don't gain or lose weight much anymore. That's because I've become much more active with actual physical labor in my life now.

I apologize for not answering your question sooner. I was back visiting family for the holiday and with my phone I was limited to just checking in sporadically.

I ordered the eggs from a seller on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-eggs-Blu...628?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19efa6c1dc
Great site!!!!! Better than my source. Because I didn't want to buy so many. 10 for $89 plus ship. I'm ordering 2 and also sending the site to my people I'm ordering from. Thanks so much honey.

That's how Justin has been doing it. I pack him healthy foods (lots of it) and he doesn't eat pizza at work.

About 4-5 months before:

309 end of August, 285 now... Just by bringing lunch to work. He was close to 400 lbs, years ago, before we officially met (I'd seen him once before at a Domino's seminar in 2007, my husband introduced me to his wife.)
