If I did Christmas trees I'd do that very thing to preserve Toby's feathers and display them every year. Do you have any other neat ideas that would display rooster feathers in a cute little display? I was thinking about using them in an organic arrangement with different leaves, stems, etc. and frame them into a small picture frame so that I could hang them on my wall.

Let me think about it..... I'm sure that I can come up with something!

OOOHHHH!!!!! How about in a glass bottle with a cork?

Well it looks like we are in for some ice/possibly some snow flurries and so they are in the process of shutting down Houston and the surrounding areas. Looks like no school again for the second time in 7 days. I've been living here for over 25 years and this has never happened!

Aww! Thanks! I don't stress over it... just do a post when I want to and have time! More as a journal for me and my family, but glad that others can enjoy it as well!
