A couple weeks ago a woman I use to go to church with asked me if I was in church anywhere and when I told her no she kind of "tisked" me with her attitude. I thought to myself how many Godly friends I have right here that I can call on any time to stand with me in prayer... I almost felt sorry for HER! LOL I do hope to find a good church and be able to attend regular again someday. A good church is a wonderful thing. *But ACTUALLY we have a church right here!*
That's how I feel too. I've not had a true church home since my boys were little and all the churches we've attended since then were never home....a single woman with kids is always a pariah in a church setting. All the ladies shun you and all the men are afraid to speak to you.
I've grown tired of searching for that church home and so now my home is my church...and you friends are some of the attendees. Couldn't ask for better folks!

It's snowing here now and my chickens are all standing around like "who shut off the worms????"...silly fat girls! The snow doesn't look like it will amount to anything major.
Hope everyone else in the path of this weather system are inside, warm and safe!
P.S. The soup was GOOD.
