I was thinking about making some cookies today. I am trying to do some low carb dieting, actually Low Carb/High Fat, so was thinking about digging out a recipe I found for an peanut butter cookie that uses almond flour/meal.The thread does move fast! That is good to know. I hope they are having a good visit.
We ended up getting 2 inches of rain last night in about 2-2.5 hours. Very happy for that. The lakes are really low and that should have helped to fill them up some.
Anyone up for a little baking today? I need to get more yeast and then I am going to make some oatmeal bread. I found this cookie recipe yesterday that I want to try too. I'm going to make balls and flatten them with a glass instead of making cutout cookies though. I love cardamom.

LOL.....what you do is make and cheesecake first, then use the extra egg whites to make the meringue cookies.....waste not, want not....the yolks, I mean! LOL
