The Garden is planted!

I've got collards growing already...now if I could keep the goats off the porch & away from them, I'd be ok. Raspberries, blueberries & strawberries too!
Got about another month before I can plant anything inside, but I'm going to try to get my beans, maters, melons & sweet peppers.

I figure if the hubby can handle chicks, puppies and other various creatures in the house as necessary the plants should be a piece of cake right????

We're looking at -20 tonight, but I ordered 5 new trees tonight!

They'll be delivered in April...

I read your post to my wife and she said (In the nicest possible way, I'm sure), Those people in warm climates stink! We're just jealous! The windchill has been -0 the last few days here!

Thanks for the reminder. I need to start my new tomato and pepper seeds for our garden. We don't plant until Memorial Day because we will definitely have cold weather until then. Could still get freezes in June!

But I've kept my tomato plants alive (from last year, in containers) by having them inside, and am still eating tomatoes.

Still ... I'm SOOOOO jealous!

Not able to plant yet, but will be in a few weeks. Its almost time for taters and onions. The rest will be planted in mid March. Not waiting til May like I did last year. I got nothing!
