I'm in Psych class right now. Learning about theories of personality.

It kinda bugs me when people promote stuff like MBTI and act like it's scientific, lol. Big 5 is best, and the nuanced nature of personality definitely warrants a percentile / standard score scale rather than a dichotomous scale like MBTI. I retook a big 5 inventory recently and got some unfortunate results, lol

But I am who I am, for better or for worse.

Mine sucks.

We're talking about psychological disorders now. My favorite part.

My memory is inconsistent, so I alternate between feeling bright and stupid, lol.

I'm most obsessed with cognitive testing, though I (probably unhealthily) seek validation through it.

My sleep schedule is ineluctably crippled cuz of a circadian rhythm sleep disorder. I used to get blamed for it, but then I saw a sleep specialist and got a diagnosis, which helped.

Also wish I had high working memory
Some people think that working memory forms the foundation of fluid reasoning, but I have doubts about that. It doesn't seem to be a necessary prerequisite to FR, though the two are certainly very correlated.
