I am not spreading negativity by stating "I have depression"

I don't moan, or whine about it. I am A advocate for mental health, I will not hide from it. I will spread the information, I will stand up for myself, and I will normalize getting help for your mental health.

Nobody is making fun of people. You are just overreacting way too much, it’s really getting out of hand. You should quit before the thread gets shut down. Not once have you spreaded any type of positivity towards anyone, but still you complain about something that’s not even going on.
