The Great Banana Bread Disaster of 2015

So the Kerry Gold butter is really worth the $$$? Haven't tried it yet. Can't imagine using it in cooking though.
Must get the frozen banana bread (with walnuts!) out of the freezer!

it’s the only butter I use!! I only buy it on sale and I buy heaps of it. Always have. Well for the past couple of years since I discovered that amazing butter 😂

I can taste the difference between butters & Kerrygold
 
pretty sure that this thread isn't actually about banana bread anymore, but thought I'd give my 2 cents- I always bake my banana bread without nuts. This is because I don't like nuts, whether in granola bars, trail mix, banana bread, brownies, or whatever you put them in. I always add chocolate chips, though. Delicious. If I don't add chocolate chips it's because I want to butter it to eat for breakfast.

but saw this:

and was like 'hmm strange it seems to be mildly on topic' so I thought that 'pretty sure' was a good way to address it.
