The Great Egg Shipping Experiment!

Yeah...... confession time. I didn't go to town to get polyfill, and I used boxes that I had that nested nicely, so I guess the only thing I did different from my old method was wrap the eggs in newspaper before I wrapped them in bubble wrap. Still, they arrived in pretty good shape - no cracks, and no breaks, and mostly intact air sacs. Woo Hoo!

I think you will like the way the regional box A fits inside the medium flat rate box. We order 20 at a time. Most post offices keep the medium flat rate boxes in stock.


Fingers crossed for these 5000 mile eggs we shipped to Alaska today.
