The Haven

"Neither did I," Wintent muttered standing up. She walked headed to the door. If I have a mission I better prepare Wintent thought to herself. Tod followed hot on her heels as she walked out of the office heading for her room.

Wintent walked into her room strapping her scabbard on her waist slipping her sword in it. She grabbed her bow putting it over her head. She grabbed stray arrows she had lying arounf and slipped them into her quiver before walking out.

Hebi walked out of the office talking to her snake. "Morons, I didn't sign up for any missions, " She muttered angerily, as she headed for her room.

Hebi walked into her room grabbing her flail, she already had her stiletto. She walked out of her room and down the hall to the office.

Julie walked briskly back down to the office and back to her spot again, away from everyone else. Her eyes ha changed to a pale red, rimmed with white. If anyone knew the colors of her mood, they would know she was infuriated and frightened. But, it wasn't very common for someone to have mood changing eye colors.

Wintent walked into the office she went across the room to the opposite side of the room where she had sat before. Tod wrapped around her feet.

Jess walked briskly into the office, Radar hot on her trail. She leaned against a wall and sank to the ground, pretending to sharpen her katana so nobody would notice her tear-stained eyes. Unfortunately, Jacob knew her better than that and sat down next to her.
"Hey, you all right?" he asked.
"I'm just fine." she replied bitterly. Jacob gave her a look like,Yeah right., so she told him her thoughts. "I know I didn't sign up for a mission and you didn't sign up for a mission, nor did several other people in this room. Then why are we on a mission?" she realized her voice was rising, and she toned it down. "This doesn't make any sense..."

(So far, only mantha's reaction is accurate XD guys, the missions are scarier than you're making them out to be; especially this one.)

Allen left the office, his mind clouded with fear and alarm. He hadn't signed up for a mission. He slipped into his dorm room and Zero who had been relaxing at the foot of his bed stood up, suddenly attentive. He only had 48 arrows, and the arrows that the Haven made weren't balanced well like his own custom made arrows. Or maybe he just wasn't used to the perfect balance they had achieved. He realized if he shot any arrows he would have to try and find them; but Zero could help with that. He stopped suddenly and realized he had been pacing the room, thinking through everything Zero looked at him curiously. She could sense his alarm and fear and so stood ready by him, her tail sweeping the ground, trying to cheer him up. Allen cracked a smile. This was all a bit hard to believe and wasn't sure he had registered the shock yet. He took his two arrow cases and strapped one to his belt, the other he slung around his shoulder. He had his daggers with him always. It felt like he should bring something else but he had been told that the Haven would provide everything he needed. He paused, thinking deeply. Then he went over to small hole in the wall where he kept food for Zero. He took a few of the small, dehydrated packs of food and stuffed them into his spare arrow case. Zero was following his every move and when he signaled her to follow, fell in step behind him. He walked quickly to the office, assuming that the time was almost up.

(S didn't need any prep. She just stayed there.)

(Is everyone ready?)
