I love these birds. I am thinking my RC is a cockerel, yeah. He is so curious. As soon as I take the lid off of the brooder he flutters up to the ledge and watches everything I am doing. I think he is prepping to watch over his ladies.

I also have eggs from Jim and they are just a week older then Penny's. I'm including a photo that was taken the 12th of this month. They were 5 weeks old yesterday. You can see that they really are dark chicks. The light color leaves really quick. Don't worry over these guys/gals. Hey Jim, I still have all 12. lol
