The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

The leaf fluttered like a silent weapon, closing in on Take when it pricked his exposed shoulder. He didn’t react, and simply glanced at it quietly, his hand tearing it off. He tossed it to the ground, his eyes slowly looking up into the tree, spotting the scar girl. He scowled and got to his feet, throwing himself far up into the tree to join her. He sat on a thick branch that was a bit below her, “Watch where you drop your things, you’re lucky it didn’t hurt me.” he muttered.
Aella smirked down at him, unbothered by her scowl. She scoffed at his words, rolling her garnet eyes. "Yes, because a leaf is so deadly." She swung her legs over the branch, dangling them. "So where do you come from, pretty boy?"

“Hey” Ellie passed Kipp “also Fred was looking for you, just in case you wanted to see him”.
Kipp looked over at Ellie, Eye-lazer-girl... uhh, what's her name?
"Oh, hey!" He said giving her a small confused smile. "Fred's here?" He looked back over at the group spotting his younger friend. He hadn't seen him in so long. He looked different, older now and slightly taller. They'd talked on the phone a few times, but it was difficult with the time difference. Kipp nodded at Ellie, "Thanks I'll go see him in a minute."

Ellie slammed against the floor. She yelled as her lasers bounced off the floor and almost hit someone. “Sorry” she called pushing herself to her feet. “Aww. Man. I remember you” she glared at Kyle “your the one who called the cops with no actual plan”.
Kyle jumped away, expecting to disintegrate due to high energy lasers. ”Watch where you put those eyes!” he yelped. Fortunately, the glare must’ve not been hard enough to actually create lasers.

Cam ran across the platform, recognizing Ellie’s familiar glare.
”Ellieeeee!” she squealed, hugging the girl. She and Ellie had kept in touch over the past few months. She wrapped her arms around Ellie, encircling her and the long brown braid. ”Everyone’s here. I don't know why.”
Kylan glanced back at Lilith, but she had turned away and he gave a slight frown. She's so different now. The Lili he had always known would've started throwing punches the moment Aella showed signs of aggression, and would've taken control of the situation the moment they showed up at the platform, yet right now she seemed content to just watch and learn.
He turned back to Aria, giving another grin. "Of course. Um... The reason I'm here is my little brother, Torin, jumped through one of the creepy space rifts, we're trying to find him. If you see him, that'd be amazing. He, uh, has an Irish accent, look's like me but little an' with curly hair."

Kylan shot her another small smile. "Thanks."

Lilith watched each of the different people for a second, before bending down and grabbing the chick nearest to her and holding it in her hand, before stepping up towards Kyle, noting the he had a cat and that she had a dog and six chickens surrounding her. For some reason, the mother hen still decided Lilith was apparently the safest place for her clutch and stayed near the sickly girl.
She cleared her throat, looking down at the incredibly small man. At this point, nothing surprises me. "I suggest we keep an eye out while we walk, from what I've heard, we're missing two young boys." She stopped, realizing he probably already knew that and thus the newcomers words meant nothing to him.
”Two young boys, got it,” Kyle repeated. ”Anyone got any medical equipment?” he repeated louder. He realized he might not have spoken loudly enough the first time.

“Yep. Okay” Ellie drifted off.

Ellie snorted at Kyle

Ellie, right. Don't forget her name. Ellie. Kipp pursed his lips realizing Cam likely wasn't going to answer his question now that she had some one else to talk to. Hopefully there's not a grizzly bear stealing people. He thought as he turned away to get his small med kit for Kyle.

"Here." He said picking it up of the ground where it had been left next to Haddie. Who had disappeared. "It's not much, but better than nothing."

Take clicked his tongue, “Hell” he answered harshly, swinging a leg over the branch he sat on. His hands relaxed on the bark as he tilted his head to look down at the ground. He didn’t give her a truthful answer, since she clearly didn’t need to know where he came from.
Eve grinned even wider.
Ohh of course
She wrote passing the note back to the other girl
Hana stared at the paper, thinking of what to write.
What happens when you try to talk?
For once, she was being willing to partake in a actual conversation, that didn’t require speech. She favored this much better.

The person collapses and dies. Any living thing for that matter
