The we-sa fell to the ground, and both of the gliders dropped like stones.
The we-sa lay there, dead. It’s gold eyes stared and the wings stuck out at weird angles. It’s furry body was splayed and its goat legs and cloven hooves were limp.
It looked so powerless, so dead. Just another forest creature. Like a deer lying at the side of the road.

“That...that’s the we-sa thingymaboby” she silently crept forward picking up one of its hooves dragging the wired thing back to the barn. She saw the young man who was helping them, she tapped his shoulder motioning to the beast proud of what her powers had achieved

Kylan sighed, looking over at her. He flinched a little at the mention of Torin's predicament, but his eyes were soft. "I'm fine, I'm just worried that... That Torin's not." He murmured, noticing her embarrassed and shameful expression. "It's okay, I just can't get that little guy's words outta my head. Guess it's bugging me more than I should let it." He murmured, feeling another shot of warmth for her spring through his chest.

Pell scrunched up her face, it sounded to her like Lilith was trying to avoid telling her what was going on too. Her answer was as vague as everyone elses. 'Something is stealing people, don't go in the woods or the we-sa will get you.' Pell fought the urge to roll her eyes, pursing her lips and frowning at the tree line.

Her eyes widened in surprise, when she spotted a dark haired young girl pulling a large black creature out of the forest on her own. Tugging repeatedly on it's limp leg to pull it through the grass toward them.

Eve glanced around, she wanted to tell them she’d slayed the We-Sa but she didn’t know how to express it

Pell was curious about the black furry creature, but didnt know it was dead. She approached Eve slowly peering around her at the we-sa. She silently looked back up at Eve's eyes noting the same twinkle of happy accomplishment, that the dragons would get when they were showing off their retrieved prey.
"You killed that thing?" She asked, her voice quiet and full of amazement.
