The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Take didn’t spare Aella a glance as frowned down at the uneven rock below his feet. His arms crossed against his chest, “We gotta do something with the kids first so they’re not in the way, then we go and find this dude..”

But where did Olim even reside? In the Dakrium? Normally in cartoons the villain lived in some obviously large hideout that really wasn’t well hidden. Like in Phineas and Ferb. Unfortunately they weren’t in a cartoon— but how cool that would be.

Take blinks, hard.
The memories of his ‘torture’ come flowing back like a tidal wave, the painful electric-like sensation reignites in his hands and they flex slightly. He grips his arms tighter as a result. To be in a constant state of excruciating pain was something he wanted to forget, and knowing that the kids who were transformed into we-sa’s had to experience that... made him sick. He gritted his teeth, fueled with even more anger to bring down Olim, to slug him right in the face and break every bone he could.
"The we-sa are children?!" The flames on Aella's hands and arms flared up at the sharp tone of her voice, and she backed up as to not burn anyone. Horror stuck her straight on that thought. Kids. Defenseless, helpless children turned into killer, yellow eyed beings. Something hadn't been right about the dead we-sa she had seen and that was it. It wasn't a beast, it was a child.
And that made her sick.
She would burn whoever had been a part of it to the ground. She held no mercy for those who intentionally harmed others, especially children. She knew what it was like to be hurt by adults as a child and not understand why, and she couldn't even understand half of what those kids.
The energy in the cave shifted instantly. She saw Eve look up, blatantly startled and horrified, and when her gaze drifted to the wolf girl, she saw the distant gaze in the pink haired man's face, his body tensed. The wolf girl had barely changed, except for the dark yellow glow in her gaze that, not that she would admit it, slightly scared her.
But one question was nagging at her. "But how do we get to Olim?"
“That we will have to decide in the morning, I’m afraid,” Kyle said. “Many have already fallen asleep, and need their rest. It’s probably not best to discuss these things at night,” he added, peering at the entrance. While he was speaking with the Borealan, Selena, via Korim, darkness had fallen in the cave. He could only see the eyes of some of his peers, save the blazing woman, and the light of the sunset barely touching the sky on the right of the entrance. Rylie woke up only to yawn to prove Kyle’s point.
“And I don’t feel like explaining everything more than once.”
Korim shrugged, an action that could not be seen in the shadowy corner where he sat. He would be perfectly happy to explain things more than once. But it was kind of spooky in there. And not everyone had his bravery or Timit’s reassuring presence. (Timit, by the way was snoring out rings of smoke on his lap. Flying all day was exhausting work.)

Eve looked at her feet, she had never meant for anyone to hate her or be angry. She had done it as self defence, she was being attacked and had killed it to protect herself and the people around her. Eve couldn’t deny she felt terrible, if she’d known it was a child she would have spared it but was it really? Was it really still a child after it had been turned? She closed her eyes wishing she was back at home with her parents and sisters away from this mess. Next time she wouldn’t go through a portal that appeared in the kitchen.

“In order to get home, we must defeat Olim, who created the portals,” Kyle explained. “And we are under threat. A lot of it. He’s been using the we-sas, which are children that he twisted to his will, to enslave more people to him. I’ll explain everything once everyone is awake in the morning.” He hoped to be the only one to suffer from nightmares that night. He had already explained too much, which would lead to more questions.
Aria paled “children?! You mean to tell me that what deadly voiced girl-sorry I can’t think of her name-killed was a child?! I’m sorry what sick person would do that to a kid?!” Aria cried her disgust could be clearly heard in her voice.

Hana had been quietly listening to the discussion off to the side from everyone else. She seemed to find herself gravitating towards Eve after seeing the troubled look on her face from discovering that the we-sa were actually children. She eased herself down beside Eve, laying a gentle hand on the girls shoulder. “Not your fault, you didn’t know.” she spoke firmly, enunciating her every word to try to relieve some of Eve’s guilt.

Eve shook her head it is. They are right, I shouldn’t have killed it.

Take fought off the cold, tense feeling he was receiving from remembering those horrid experiences and pulled himself from his frozen state. He was clearly not satisfied with Kyle’s decision, as he wanted to continue the discussion. He relaxed his arms and cursed under his breath in discontent. His eyes settled on the girl he still preferred to call ‘Scar-Face’ against Blair’s wishes. The flames that roared on her skin were bright and intense, much like what happened with the demon. It was odd that he was staring at her for so long, but he eventually spoke aloud his thoughts “Can you catch completely on fire..?”

Kipp grimmaced as the revelation of the we-sa being children echoed through the cavern. Why that had to be something talked about before sleep and other things weren't he didn't know.

He followed Hana, crouching down infront of who he assumed was Eve, shaking his head apologetically.

"There's no way you could have known. Those things are terrifyingly strong. If you hadn't defended yourself, you and others, could have been turned into one of them. What you did was the right thing." He patted her on the shoukder, he wasn't sure he completely believed what he said, but if he could have, he would have killed as many we-sa as he could to keep from going there. He still might try if it came to that.

How do you know? They hate me here, o wish I was at home

Hana sighed to Eve’s rejection of her words, trying to find a way to reassure her. Her mouth twitched glumly, “Things... happen” After hearing Aria’s hurtful words that were directed at Eve, she shot the girl a glare that would’ve been more effective if half her face wasn’t hidden.

"She didn't know any better. Accidents happen." Blair spoke up, her voice carrying even though she was at the back of the cave. "You would have done the exact same in her situation. How was she supposed to know it was a child?"
