The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

“Carson!” Ellie warned “I don’t want to be attending that date we agreed on alone”
He fell to the ground when the dragon died, landing with a grunt of pain.
The dragon flicked Buck the growling nuisance far away. Though he would sustain a lot of painful bruises, it would save his life, despite the dragon’s opposing intentions.

“What do you want?” Korim asked, wondering why Eve was plugging her ears. Cam covered her ears and Korim followed suit.
“Couldn’t hurt.”
Kyle and Rylie had no idea what was going on, though Kyle was at a safe enough distance to not hear the whisper. Rylie had very acute hearing and fainted dead away. (though he had barely heard a thing.)
The dragon instantly froze like stone and fell to the ground. His piercing violet eye stared into the distance. Korim, who thought the dragon’s collapse was a sudden move to kill him rolled out of the dragons frozen claws into a whimpering ball, still with his fingers in his ears.
Buck yowled as he slammed against the cave wall, then slumped to the ground, not moving. He passed out, having hit his head.
Carson got to his feet and brushed himself off. He scanned the cave quickly to make sure no one was hurt before he saw Buck, not moving. "Buck..." He whispered, trying to get his legs to move despite the shock. He reached his friend, gently scooping the big cats head into his lap. He rubbed his head, watching his chest and only let out a sigh of relief when he saw he was still breathing

Ellie ran over “is he okay?” She stared worriedly at Buck

Kyle lay with the back of his head on Rylie’s rain-darkened chest, where the heart should have been beating.
Wait.
Thud-thud-Thud-thud.

His heart was beating! Or was it? How could he be sure?
Kyle waited a while longer, feeling the steady heart beat and the rise and fall of Rylie’s chest. That couldn’t be imagined.
“He’s alive!” he exclaimed.
“Rylie’s alive?” Cam asked.
“He was dead?” Korim asked.

Hana was unsure of what to say as she stared down at the supposedly dead cat that was now breathing? She was sure she didn’t feel a pulse, but then again, she noticed Buck was not deceased upon hearing Eve’s speech. I guess it doesn’t kill animals...
