The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

He hadn't realized they were so far away from civilization that they'd be hiking through mountains to get to wherever it was they were going. Had they really gone that far to try to find them? When he'd left Kyle was barely hold the group together, that he'd somehow united them to work together and come so far, made him think Kyle must have been much better leader this time. Or something happened that made them all realize they had to stick together.

"Ok. Sounds like you've put some thought into already. Hopefully we won't have to fight them."
“Hopefully,” Korim agreed. The Americans (that’s what many called themselves and he had come to think of them as such) were very hopeful people. They always saw an end in things, like they were used to stirring the pot of revolution. The Borealans didn’t seem to hold amy hope that Olim would be defeated, but the Americans’ attitude had already brought them farther than the Borealans had ever gone. Yes, the Borealans were peaceful, far more than these people would ever be. But it had been taken advantage of. They needed a little push to get going.

“Huh? Mum I’m not...ready for school...” he drifted back to sleep before it registered he wasn’t at home. “Ah! Oh uh hi Chion.”
She grinned down at him. They were free, they had survived and they were actually FREE!

"Are you all better?" she she asked hovering her hand over his shoulder so he might be able to guess what she was asking. He'd had quite a few different injuries but they were looking a lot better now.

Fred nodded, he got the gist of what she was asking and responded “yeah I’m a lot better.”

Aria yawned stretching and wiping her eyes, her brown hair was knotty and messy and it was bugging her. She pushed it off her face and blinked at the people around her. She was tired and she hadn’t spoken to any of her new close friends in at least a few hours. She turned scanning the room for Kylan it Lilith or Kevin. (@RiverStorm @FrankieDoodle do u want Aria to interact with one of your characters?)

(Sure, Kevin’s not doing anything. :p )
Kevin stirred as voices carelessly echoed through the cave, lowering his head as his hand twitched. Not now. . . It’s too early for this. He thought, pulling a knee up to his chest. He was happy to have finally gotten some sleep after such a long, tiring day, even if it was plagued with unpleasant dreams.
Something jabbed him in the ribs, and he automatically reached out to swat it away. It was only when the thing screamed, followed by Kevin getting a face full of flapping feathers that felt uncomfortably like a row of long razorblades, that made him open his eyes.
Kevin glared down at the gray hen that had so rudely awoken him, frowning. “Not nice, Mama,” he grumbled, rubbing his beard.
Kevin looked around, noticing most of his companions were already awake and up. He wondered if they were eventually planning to wake him, or if what he said last night was enough to make them leave him. Deciding he didn’t care, he sighed, moving his hand up to rub the sleep from his tired brown eyes.

Aria saw the chicken attack him and burst into quiet giggles. She smiled at him still fighting the laughter that was fighting its way to the top, “that was a rather rude awakening by your hen” she laughed

Kevin chuckled, glancing up at Aria as the corner of his lips twitched upwards. “Yeah. Mama’s not happy to be here.” He replied. “How did you sleep?”

“Not particularly well. I kept thinking I could hear things screaming in the night and it put me on edge. My getaway plan was to throw someone small at whatever it was and teleport as far away as possible, but luckily it didn’t come down to that. I don’t think I will ever feel comfortable in Borealis”

Kipp gave the little dragon another glance wondering if he'd loose a finger if he tried to pet it. It probably wasn't worth the risk. But it looked really cool, it's bright irridescent feathers shimering even in the low light of the cave.

The rest of the people were strating to stir now. He hoped they hadn't been the cause of it.

"I guess I should try to track down my sword if we might be fighting people." He said abruptly. Not sure how else to end the conversation, hovering infront of Korim with nothing left to say was getting uncomfortable. He smiled and turned walking away as casually as he could. Though concern rose in his head that maybe it was too casually, so intead of just walking away like any other normal human he hobbled in a jerky fashion futher into the cave. (I have to stop writing everything that pops into my head. Poor Kipp id now suffering :gig. )

Kevin glanced around the cave, before looking back up at Aria. “That’s another thing I should add to my list of reason I like being tall. I can’t be sacrificed to strange creatures from other dimensions.” He said half heartedly, although he couldn’t help but wonder what would’ve happened if they were attacked while they slept. From what he saw, there was only one entrance.

Aria snorted “yeah i wouldn’t sacrifice a child so probably a small teen or adult”
