The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

“When do we leave?” Asked Fred softly, he was hoping to prepare himself for the long treacherous journey ahead
“As soon as everyone says they’re ready. Has everyone groomed, eaten, and dressed to their preference?” Korim asked.
“I’m ready,” said Cam, though her legs were tired and she wasn’t super eager to to start off right away.
Kyle didn’t answer and just sat on Rylie, as though that was synonymous with ready.

“That’s so... weird!” Korim looked at Korim with a dress and put his arms to the side like a model presenting a brand new car. (Is she younger too or no?)
“Do I really sound like that?” Korim asked. He had always sounded a bit cooler in his head. Stuffy, deep, distinguished. Maybe this Korim sounded like that, but not nearly as much as he expected.
Chion nodded, "I don't know you very well yet. So my own way of saying words will show through. It would be more noticeable in Portsmouth. The speed and emphasis would be different. It doesn't all come automatically. But aside from that I should sound like you." She lifted the skirt up off the ground to make walking more practical, and dipped her head in thanks one last time, slowly making her way back to Fred as she listened to what was going on. All she was able to find out though was that they'd be leaving soon. So instead of sitting back down she stood next to Fred.

“I agree,” said Korim. “But like I said, the Rugæ aren’t a very sensitive people. They are independent and stubborn and don’t care to interfere with the affairs of others. And this is putting it veerry lightly.”
Kipp didn't say anything in response, deciding he was more stubborn and would make them help even if they didn't want to.

“As soon as everyone says they’re ready. Has everyone groomed, eaten, and dressed to their preference?” Korim asked.

He felt ready to go, though he was still tired, aching, and hungry, he didn't feel like he had any right to ask for more food, or complain. There were plenty of others there that were in the exact same condition as he was.

Take overlooked himself, fully aware that he was still filthy from the conditions of the Dakrium. The rain had washed out some of the dirt, but the smell of sweat and blood still festered on him, much like the others he helped escape. Maybe we can get some new clothes later.. and find some bath place.. Take wandered outside the cave basking in the morning sunlight as he waited for the rest of the group.

Hana joined him shortly after, nibbling on the last piece of jerky meat. It was the last food item that she was able to find in her pack. She looked up at the tall half-demon, noticing how bad his hair was cut up, as if someone took a weed-whacker to his head. Honestly, she wanted to laugh, but all that came out was a small twitch of her lip in attempt of an amused smile. She tore off half of the meat stick for him to show remorse for the bad haircut he’d be stuck with for a good few months. Unless he shaved his head entirely.

Take scowled at her movements, and the offer of half of her food. He scoffed and took it willingly. I mean if she doesn’t want it. The poor jerky didn’t last very long in his hand, and met its demise in the pit of his stomach.

Korim silently hefted his pack and walked out the door.
Cam picked up hers as well. Noah trailed after her as she exited the cave. “Noah,” she said mock-sternly. “If you’re going to get a share of the food, you need to do a share of the lifting.”
Noah giggled. “No. I think you should do all the lifting,” he said, poking her in the belly button for added emphasis because he couldn’t reach her nose for a proper boop.
Cam gave an exasperated, only a little bit simulated sigh. “Children... bloodsucking parasites.”

The horde of Borelean people filed out into the sunlight with everyone else, despite being unaware of the destination.

Juli existed as well.... Mostly just watching everyone else with a judgmental scowl.

Chion/Korim hovered next to Fred, skipping happily ahead, and then waiting for him to catch up before going ahead again. ( XD )

Kipp, decided that since they'd likely be walking all day he should try talking to the people he didn't know. Not that he really wanted to talk to anyone, but if he was going to be spending a long time with them, and rely on them, he should at least know what kind of people they were.

He knew Hana, well enough now, he at least knew her name. And he knew who Eve was. Conversation with her would be difficult, but she also would probably be the most open to someone talking to them.

There were others of course, but they seemed to be in their own little groups. Aria, the teleporter-girl was with Kevin the Russian chicken guy, and Torrin's brother, who name he didn't know. Then there was the friendly guy with the giant wolf with the firegirl who had a stronger personality than average.

Approaching a group of people he didn't know wasn't exactly what he wanted to do first thing in the morning.

Of course he could just fall back on people he already sort of knew and get to know them a bit better. He really hadn't tried that had the last time they'd been sent on an adventure.

(If anyone wants to interrupt his thoughts they can. I'll throw him at Eve tomorrow if no one else talks to him)
