The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Take held a blank expression, his smirk fading away from the onslaught of her words. “Damn, that’s all bad.” was all he managed to say. He didn’t admit it, but he could feel that his ego had been wounded. His hero complex had been used against him and it was explicitly stated that he wasn’t immortal. “Then just all of you just stay the hell out of my way when we fight something... it’s as easy as that.” he muttered harshly.
"Yes, Take, because I'm going to sit on the sidelines while you go and get yourself killed because your god complex got the best of you." Blair put Emma down beside Kit, not wanting the girl to get stuck in the crossfire. "I know you think you are, but you're not a god. And I don't give a damn if you want to or not, but you have to put the group and their best interests first. Because half of them are children, and if you go off all high and mighty to kill whatever crosses our path, they're going to follow you." Golden flared in her eyes as she stepped closer to him, throughly pissed off with his attitude. "Get your crap together and think about the other people around you, or face the major consequences that will come with your reckless actions. Because I won't be able to cover for you if you're dead."

Take groaned loudly, “What do you think I’ve been doing this whole time Blair?! I’ve been doing the crap no one has the guts to do! Did anyone try to save Scarface back there? Did anyone go out on their own to save the kids instead of waiting three whole damn days when anything could have happened? No! That was all me!” He yelled, jabbing a finger angrily into his chest, “And I risked my life for them to escape, even if I was going to be turned into a we-sa! I didn’t care as long as they got back to you guys!” He messed his face up as his hand started to tremble, the electric sensation returning to the tips of his fingers. It was painful, but he endured it. His voice started to crack “I’m just trying to serve a purpose.” he finished, done with this argument and walked past her, grasping his trembling hand to stop it.

"And I would have come with you in a heartbeat!" She was royally pissed now, her eyes flaring with anger. "But you told me to stay. You! You told me to stay and protect the group. Do you think I wanted to stay? You're insane if you think that. But you weren't the only one. Kipp and everyone else saved them, too. What you did is admirable, yes, and the possibility of getting Emma back without you was so very slim and you can't say that you have any idea of how thankful I am for you and how much I love you because of that, because you don't. But you aren't the only one who risked your life." Blair didn't care how loud her voice was getting or the stares they got from the rest of the group. She wasn't done.
"But don't blame us. Don't blame me when you were the one who decided to go out despite me telling you not to. Don't blame me when you told me to stay." She watched him turn and leave, the golden in her eyes still remaining. The pain in his voice would have bothered her, except the wolf was partially in control, and she could care less.

Aria stared at Blair, she admired her for standing up to Take. It was about time, he wasn’t the only one who saved those kids. She wasn’t denying helped but he didn’t do it all himself so why was he having a go at Blair over this? She looked away hoping nobody had caught her watching them arguing

If Hana had any sort of popcorn, she would have been sharing some with Aria in the background of the whole heated argument. It was truly none of her business, but it was hard to ignore these two screaming teenagers that disrupted the groups quietness. Weren’t the two all over each other sometime before? Relationships confused her so. She shrugged to herself, watching the fuming boy went off to the side of the group to distance himself. It probably wasn’t just her who noticed, but he seemed to have something going on with his hand. Probably some spasm...

Blair seperated herself from Take completely, finding a spot at the edge of the group, Emma between her and Kit. From there, she could easily spot anything that would come after the group from the side or back, but able to keep her distance from other people.
In her current mood, she didn't appear very approachable, her normally pale yellow eyes solid gold, her lips twisted into a frown. Take had no right to react the way he had in her mind. He hadn't been the only one to be stuck in there, he hadn't been the only one to save the kids. And him acting like no one even offered to go with him made her even angrier, because she had tried to, and he hadn't let her. When have you ever listened to someone, though? Nonetheless a man.
Take was different.
She had punched men for trying to tell her what to do, leaving them with bruises for days. She'd slammed jocks to the ground for even daring to try her and left them to run, crying to their mothers, never to even dare to look at her again, much less insult her. Take, however, she wouldn't ever evem think about hurting purposely.
Hell, she'd throw herself into a line of fire if it would save him. She almost had before. She couldn't help but to think it might be a little bit unhealthy to have such a mindset. But even now, as angry with him as she was, she still would.
"Aunt Blair?"
Blair quickly looked at Emma, forcing a small smile. "Yes, Em?"
"Why where you guys fighting?" The girls face was twisted in genuine confusion, her bright eyes shining in the sunlight, a youthful innocent dancing in the forest green. Oh, to be a child with such purity.
"No reason, darling. Just a little mishap, that's all. Don't worry about it, okay?"
"Okay..."

Kipp grimaced at the mention of his name, he didn't want to be drawn into this fight. Take had saved them, didn't matter if he'd intentionally gone there, and tried to get the kids out of there. He wasn't able to do it.

Honestly he agreed with Take's decision now, they had to go to the Rugae, that was the plan. They had to get their help to heal the kids. Where they had come from was too far to go back to. Or that's how he understood what it was they were doing.

If getting help meant facing more danger, it was something that had to be done. And they really were relying on Take, maybe they shouldn't be, but what other choice did they have? It was either try and possibly fail, or give up and die.

"If they want to attack us they can. Where else are we gonna go?"

(I only sorta know what's going on sorry if this doesn't make sense.)

Takes head hung low, with a melancholic look on his face, and arms crossed as his chest as he continued to walk along in what seemed like a endless trail to wherever this settlement was. His hand had stopped trembling after a few minutes, but it was probably the longest painful few minutes of his life. He still didn’t know why he was getting these intervals of pain, or how to stop them. Medication seemed like the only option, but they weren’t going to eventually stumble upon a Borealean drug store. He had thought about his and Blair’s argument from earlier, and he was definitely feeling some kind of regret. That he was always so carefree, rebellious, and wasn’t serious when he needed to be. It was what made him, him really. But it was what made Blair so upset, along with his selfishness. At this point, he saw himself more harmful to the group than anything, especially if he continued to pull dangerous stunts. Truthfully, he wished he didn’t have to worry or being concerned for so many people. He wasn’t responsible for them, they weren’t his family, heck, some of them were complete strangers. Yet they all had the same goal and were from the same world. Also Emma was Blair’s niece, and what from Take observed, Blair’s family was precious to her, even with the fights they might get into. He knew Emma was her priority, the girls health and well-being would come first, because family was irreplaceable and he certainly was replaceable. He wished he knew how to make up with Blair, knowing that a simple ‘sorry’ wasn’t ideal. Even the slightest advice on relationships he could receive would be helpful for him.
