The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

(Im gonna pretend that's blue)
The old man raised an eyebrow pausing in his chin stroking to study Korim, and then moving his gaze to Take.

The pink haired man certainly looked like he'd recently faced a dragon. What little clothes were still intact appeared to be charred around the egdes.

"Give it here." He said holding his hand out, though not taking his eyes off Take, he was too close to the fresh fabric for his liking but he didn't want to say, 'keep your grubby hands off.' to potential buyers.
(Oops.

I can imagine him shoving a shirt over Take’s head.
You just need a shirt. It’s on the house.”)
Alex stuck his grubby hands on an interesting soft leather coat.
(Now he be like “Just keep it. It’s already contaminated. I don’t care that it’s not your size.” Alex *walks around very proudly with a coat that drags the ground*
The man just gives away clothes out of intimidation. Several young men in one clothing shop is not a good thing... but I wonder... is several young women worse?)
Kyle realized no one was paying attention to him so he slid behind a dangling piece of fabric. He didn’t want to get stepped on, and using the man’s precious clothing as a shield seemed to be the most effective prevention.

Kipp was unresponsive so Korim snatched the bird and prepared to hand it to the man, but he was now chasing one of the small children who seemed to feel that his only purpose in life was to inconvenience his elders. Like seriously, who would let themselves get kidnapped by a corrupted soul?

When some members of the group followed the old man inside the tailor shop, Hana chose to wait outside. One, to prevent her katana from accidentally poking someone in the cramped little shop, and second was that she was actually claustrophobic. Which was why she usually spent her time behind the group or ahead. She glanced around at those who remained outside that she could potentially strike up a conversation with. Her eyes settled on Aella and Ciro. Normally one would avoid talking to someone that expressed great anger towards you, but Hana simply didn’t care. Plus, she considered Aella somewhat of a friend, even with the very little communication they both shared. In fact, she did find her pretty. She walked up to Aella quietly, with her hands in the pockets of her jacket “Hey.. you don’t happen to still be upset about earlier.. do you?” she asked timidly, not trying come across as abrasive or insensitive about the topic.

Aella had refrained from entering the small, cramped shop, not daring to risk setting something or even someone aflame in the close quarters. Besides, her clothes were in alright condition and she didn't really get cold, and petting the wolf in Ciro's arms was much more fun that shopping.
Until Hana decided to join them.
"No, Hana, why would I be upset?" She started, turning towards her. "It's not like you sliced off a unicorns weapon right in front of me, that it most likely needs to survive, even though Ciro and I where fixing the situation, and then seconds later plot to pawn it off like its money or something, right, Hana?" She spoke sweetly, her finger tips not even sparking, though it was crackling beneath the surface. "So why would I be upset?"

Hana blankly stared up at Aella, the girl literally towering over her as she spoke in a saccharine tone. She knew for a fact she was definitely upset as her mother usually spoke in a similar tone when she was upset. Although Hana found it way more intimidating when it was done in Japanese. She tilted her head a little, “It was unfortunate for things to end the way it did, but I value the lives of our group more than a single unicorns horn.” she spoke, messing with a loose thread inside one of her pockets. “Surely you would have never forgiven yourself if Ciro had gotten hurt, so I did you both a favor. I’d do it again if I had to.” she added, her voice low and apathetic.

Aella's fingers twitched, doing everything in her power to not let a shower of frusterated sparks shower over the shorter girl. "Don't act like you know how I feel." She snapped, stepping closer to her. She didn't want to speak to her, someone who praised a murderer and someone who most likely destroyed a unicorns life, whether it was for the good of the group or not. But, of course, she couldn't just walk away.
But Hana was technically right. She wouldn't have forgiven herself if Ciro had gotten hurt because she hadn't been cautious enough. Giving an agrivated sigh, she sneered Hana's direction, turning away from her slightly. "What you did is still wrong, regardless."

Hana didn’t bother to bring up the fact that Aella was one of the more easier people to read amongst the group. There was a reason she had chosen to be quiet in the beginning of this adventure of Borealis. She always kept her distance, observing and reading her companions. It was only natural of her to do so, it was embedded in her as an athlete and hit woman. She gave a slight shrug, “I can live with that, I’ve done plenty of wrong things in my life.” she retorted. Her gaze faltered from Aella, “Because I am indeed a monster like you said.” she said in a hushed voice and turned away from the girl.

Kipp, not understanding what the man asked, thought his reaching hand was just a normal conversational gesture. So he didn't put the extremely expensive thing into his hand. Korim taking it without warning earned him an annoyed judgmental frown. Apparently some of the new people in this group didn't have a problem with shoving their way through life.

The man suddenly started yelling waving his arms at Alex and moving toward him. He didn't know what was going on, Korim didn't seem to care, and Take was doing his own thing. Did that mean he had to do something? Despite how nerve-racking it was to put himself between the shouting old man and the kid he still did it. Standing protectively between them with his hands up in front of him. He didn't want to fight, but he didn't know what he was yelling about, and neither did Alex.

Korim had kinda forgotten Kipp probably needed a translation. Oh... and Alex too.
“Alex! No touching the merchandise!” he snapped. A great translator, that’s me.
“This man wants to examine the Fire Bird.”
Korim pressed the fragile bird in the man’s hand, ensuring the man’s boney fist was firmly closed around it before he let go.
“Admire it,” he said.

Tabner looked the boy up and down, taken aback by his defensive posture. "Get him out of here. I don't need grubby little paws all over my stuff." He said to Kipp waving a crooked finger at the little kid. He clicked his tongue picking up the jacket that had a tiny smudge on it, that most likely only he could see.

Take eventually noticed the old man looking straight at him, his gaze unwavering. He raised a brow and frowned a little as he stared down the old man in return. “Square up gramps I dare you.” he growled under his breath. When Alex distracted the old man by touching one of the items in the shop, Take took the chance to run his fingers through a wooly multicolored fabric that was pinned up next to him.

And shot a glare at Take who was suspiciously close to the wall of fabrics. "Whatever you're buying this will be paid by you as well. I can't possibly sell it now that it's been destroyed by that child." He said with a disgusted sneer.

Tabner took the little bird from Korim, and took the shining rock from one of the lanterns holding it close to the red bird.

Instead of shining purple in the blue light like a glass replica would, the tiny bird glowed bright red.

"Ah I see..." He peered up at Korim with an irritated sour look on his face. "What exactly are you looking for?"

"That's fine..." He said watching the old man retreat back to his place near the door muttering to himself. Offering his hand to Alex so he didn't get in to any more trouble. @RoostersAreAwesome
