The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Hana examined Aella’s face, eyeing the scar and then her features, recognizing how soft they were. She even let out a giggle at her pointy ears. “How cute.” The sober Hana would have never ever dreamed of being so daring in someone’s personal space. She let out a sudden gasp at the girls words, utter shock appearing on her face. “You d-don’t?” Her almond shaped eyes were wide, tears nearly forming again at the revelation. Without hesitation, she set her empty glass down and wrapped her arms around the girl, “I’ll be your mom!”
Aella tilted her head, her gaze fluttering over Hana's face, even though she was uncomfortably close. She could bear to retain eye contact for more then a few seconds, but everytime she did, she saw the light reflecting off of Hana's dark eyes, lighting them. Until Hana screwed up the moment.
She wasn't sure if there was a right or wrong way to react to being hugged, caged against the bar, the drunken girls weight crushing her considerably frailer body. There was no doubt that Hana was trying to be nice, but she hated it. She hated the weight pressing her back painfully into the counter, the arms tightened around her, and simply the fact that someone she barely knew was touching her— hugging her.
She let go of the counter, surging up and shoving Hana as hard as she could, breathing heavily as flames burst into life in the palm of her hand.

Hana landed hard on her back as her head banged against the wooden floor. Luckily if she hadn’t been drunk, she would have been writhing in agony at such a fall, or at least caught herself. She was numb to the severe pain from the full force of impact, and she laid there in a daze until she lifted her head. The bright warm colors of Aella’s fire made her squint, unable to focus on the girl who shoved her. She started to laugh awkwardly, “There’s there’s two of you.. that’s great.” she snorted then threw her head back before getting on her hands and knees to crawl off. She had no idea where she was going, but she was zig zagging towards the spare rooms.

Once Aella heard Hana laugh, she suddenly realized what she was doing, her eyes widening. She glanced at the flames in her hand, her hand falling to her side as they diminished. "N-no, no, no, not great. That's not great at all." She got on her feet as Hana made a child-like crawl towards one of the hallways. "No, Hana, just...stop moving." She glanced around, wishing someone would help her, before heading over to Hana, keeping herself as steady as she possibly could, aware of sudden dizziness and nausea if she moved too fast. "How hard did you hit your head? Does it hurt?" She questioned, but abruptly realized it was ridiculous to try and ask her questions in her state.

Hana glanced back at Aella, seriously confused about why the tall girl was actively seeking her out. She finally stopped and sat up against the nearest wall. Her head was drooping and eyes struggled to keep open, not understanding Aella’s line of questioning. “What are you talking about? I’m just—peachy.” she answered, her words slurring. She rested her chin on her chest, “I’m.. gonna take a nap.”

Blair ran across the rocky terrain, her chest aching from the cold air, ignoring the stone homes they occasionally passed. Eventually, her legs simply gave out from beneath her, forcing her to the ground. Everything hurt. Her hands and back were in excruciating pain, her bones cracking and shifting to make way for an animals skeleton rather then human. She slammed her shaking hands over her mouth to stop herself from making too much noise. Please, make it stop.
While there weren’t any visible caves, there was a depression in the mountain that held tall rock formations that could easily conceal Blair while she turned. He quickly caught her before she completely collapsed to the ground and picked her up, keeping her fragile body close to his chest carefully. The sounds of her bones popping and snapping echoed into his ears, and tried to keep his face straight no matter how much it disturbed him. “I got you, I got you.” he reiterated over and over, “You’re strong Blair.” He carried her until they were completely surrounded by the rock formations before setting her body down carefully and remaining next to her.

"No, don't sleep!" Aella said quickly and rather loudly, a couple heads turning towards her. She knelt down, peering at the girl cautiously. The amount of guilt that she felt was overwhelming. She hadn't meant to push her that hard, it was just her naturally reaction to being put in an uncomfortable position. But she couldn't tell if the girls slurring and sudden lethargy was from hitting her head or not being entirely sober. She glanced around wildly, but no one was moving to do anything. "Hey, how many fingers am I holding up?" She questioned her, holding up three fingers, not entirely sure how to handle the situation.

Hana snapped her eyes open when the girl yelled at her, just moments on the brink of sleep. She squinted at the digits she held up, trying to concentrate as her vision went in and out of focus, “Six.... no.. three, three.” she extended out her hand and grabbed Aella’s fingers. “Three” Hana didn’t feel like getting up at all, she could feel the back of her head throbbing and her limbs felt like noodles so she slumped there against the wall, occasionally letting her eyes drift towards Aella. “Fuji-chan, I’d be a horrible mother for you” she said, giving a short laugh. Since she didn’t know the girls name, she decided on one with great meaning, with the added chan suffix as she found Aella cute.
