My homemade (wax) moth traps.

You need an empty gallon milk jug, a bungee cord to hang it, filled with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 whole banana peal, 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, water.
I cut out a large hole out of the side. I make 3 of these each year and put them on the fence near the hives.

Little buttheads. I have added space in their hives and they still swarm!
One of them was low enough to shake in a box, I don't know if they'll stay or not.

Heard from Ralphie. He got 2 queens for his hives and hopes there are enough workers to care for them.

No, we didn't see any the day we did inspections. We didn't go through every frame, we just looked for eggs and capped brood and added more room.
