How do you make dust particles appear in the air?

Oh boy.

Here we go.

Create a world. Creative mode. Co-ordinates on.

Chat bar. Type;

/give @p command_block.

Stick your newly acquired command block down. Put a pressure plate or button on or next to it.


Click the command block. And type this command. This is Bedrock Edition, btw.

CHANGE the last three numbers. If you stuck co-ordinates on like I told you, that's where you stick in the numbers. The numbers you put in there are the co-ordinates of where the particle effect will appear.


Get it completely right, LETTER FOR LETTER, don't miss ANY spaces where there should be spaces, and don't PUT any spaces where there shouldn't be spaces, and then;

After all that hard work, you will be rewarded with a little speck of dust in the air.


You can change the particle effect to something more eye catching. Hearts or rain or whatever.

I have Java so idk if it'll work, but I can try! Thanks!

Probably a different command for Java.

I'll try get the code for Java next time I play.
Servers are better on BR, but Java is good for solo play.

My friend has bedrock and isn't able to access servers (which sucks because my other friend and I have a neat smp going)

Sorry, going a bit off subject.

It's ok. We won't be on subject for a bit. Unable to access severs at all- it says something about an ID? We've tried multiple servers. Our SMP has a normal IP address that you type in- it's on a server hoster.

You need to get Bedrock, or she needs to get Java. They don't have cross-play.

She might also need a Xbox live account.
Easy enough to set one up.
