You might save money in the long run buying chicks. I've heard that the jubilee orpington hatching eggs don't ship very well and now that we're getting into summer, they won't be as viable as in mid spring.

Wondering if anyone has advice on the sex of my JOs. They are a few days shy of 12 weeks. It is confusing as I have one large and one small with similar markings, and the medium sized bird is much browner. Thanks so much!

#3 - The largest JO w/ similar markings to the smallest one

The other two look like boys, but my boys have more white on their chests, so maybe I'm wrong! Good luck!

Two cockerals and one pullet would be my guess. The brownish one is the pullet.

#2 Could go either way, but I am leaning towards Pullet
