That sounded weird sorry! I mean like would it be okay to mate a jubilee rooster and a silkie hen?

If your Silkies are LF I don't see why they couldn't breed with an Orp. If they are bantams though, it would be a problem.

Just wondering how big they have to be in order to cover these big girls .

It varies. My Jubilees were interested at 5, 6 months, successful by 6, 7 months. My black/lav 50% English boy was active and fertile at 4 months.

I recall reading that Jubilee is now an accepted color in England, but I have not heard anything about it being accepted yet by the APA.
