Like anytime I bend back the screen or move it around to much a bunch of rainbow colors pop up and the whole screen ripples and then turns black and sometimes resets so it takes a long time to start up again

What brand is it, and if you know, what model is it?

That sounds like a bad cable that's either breaking or getting pinched every time the screen moves.
