UGH, I hooked an old CRT monitor to my laptop because I was having internet withdrawals. This is very neck-wrenching. I am NOT comfortable. But, I am here!!
I should say my best vacation was my trip to Australia.. BUT.. there was one I actually enjoyed just as much, in different way.
I met my husband on a dating site. It's a cute story how we met, but no one wants to hear that.

( anyone who knows me well knows there is a funny story for most things in my life LOL)
Anyway, we lived on opposite coasts. After a year chatting online/on phone, I decided to fly out to California to meet him. We went to San Francisco, then drove to Tahoe. We walked from up high to way down low, then I decided I wanted to see Eagle Falls. So, we walk up, and up, and up.. The " majestic " falls.. was some slightly damp rocks. Exhausted, we now had to walk all the way down, then halfway back up again. He wouldn't even carry me!! (Not very nice of him, I know---but I ended up marrying him anyhow.) Then we went over the state line and played nickel slots. ( We are such huge gamblers!!) It was a great trip.

My best vacation by far is and will always be when I took my son when he was 9 years old and an avid reader of the Goosebump books on a Disney cruise where the author was on board to hold workshops with kids. He had SO MUCH fun, and so did I!!! That cruise!!!! They had a place for us to take the kids and had a whole day of activities lined up from 6 am to 12 midnight. I had a pager so I could come get him if he wanted me. Did he want me? Hell no! When I came to get him at midnight, the ship had a roving buffet - waiters with different foods in different places on the ship. We would spend an hour running around chasing down the jalapeno poppers and chocolate covered strawberries. That is a memory than can never be replaced.

My best vacation was tent camping the skyline drive. It was in october and after the tourist season. We went from west virgina to cherokee. It was the best. Lots of wild life. The best sunrise I have ever seen, it was over the mountains. Just totally awesome.

Vanilla or chocolate what? It depends upon what it is! (but usually chocolate)
