Note #23 - Can you see the top of your desk? If so, what does it look like? If not, when was the last time you saw it?

I can barely see mine. My desk is the size of a door, because, well, it's my old kitchen door.

It's horribly beaten up, and the paint is all cracked and furrowed, but it's solid wood! We topped it with a sheet of glass, so I could actually make it really cool. It's sort of a shabby chic thing, if I actually dressed it up. First, time to clean it, though.

I was just reading what I missed.

and i can see my desk... at least parts and some piles of papers and a blood pressure cuff and one of the girls easter choc. bunnies that's been mangled and 2 flower pots holding shtuff.

good luck with that... you'll never see mine... i don't have the capability.

i gave my 2 photo card thingys to a friend who uploaded them to his computer but has yet to do what he needs to do to get them to my computer... he says there's so many and it's going to take forever to upload... well, duh... it's like a years worth.

I could yesterday, because I cleaned it off in preparation for doing our taxes. Today is a different story....

I do a quick tax run through in late February to see if I owe or get money back and to make sure I've got all the paperwork I need. Since I know I am going to owe (which has been the story for the last... oh 10 years, but hope spring eternal), I don't finalize taxes until April.
