The largest egg yet

Not sure which of my girls produced the largest egg yet, but it’ll be interesting to see if it’s a double yolk. The green is the usual size or a little smaller... today, this monstrosity happened.

When they are unusually large,,, they are usually multi-yokes. How old are your hens??? This usually happens to young hens.

They are fairly young still about 7 months old.

Wow, I got an egg just like it a few days ago! And with comparison to the blue egg as well. Mine weighed in at 78 grams. Can you weigh yours? Who laid it?

I didn’t weigh it, but IF I get another one, I’ll give it a shot. I’m thinking it was our EE we named Olympia.
