Karthus stabbed Meghan, pinning her to the ground. He then yelled "Run home, Kartha."

Karthus ran back to their cave and made sure Lilia and Scythe were sleeping, which they were. He whispered to Liliana "We have to do the Blood Moon ritual tomorrow."
(The Blood Moon ritual is one where the member of Black Herd stead in the moonlight, it turns red, and so do their eyes. They become mean, cruel and ruthless when this happens. It is herd tradition.)
