Given the long spiky feathers that are developing in its crest, it appears to be a cockerel.

I looks to be a variation of partridge type color. With that rosy breast, I'm saying pullet.

Thanks, 50/50 so far then lol I am thinking pullet, I know nothing about chickens as new to keeping them but she holds herself different to my other that I think is a cockerel lol

Silkies and Silkie mixes can be notoriously difficult to sex at a young age, even for experienced chicken owners. There have been rare cases here at BYC where no one knew for sure until the Silkie actually crowed or laid an egg. I hope for your sake it is a pullet. )
