Tamara also woke up and went to check on Elliot. "Morning, Elliot." she said cheerfully. "You feeling better?" she asked as she walked over to his bed.

Elliot nodded slowly, stretching out an arm to hold her hand. "Thank you for everything.", he whispered.

Jade nodded and got in place for the race "Alright" One way instead of a 'there and back' race would be simple enough

Luka gave a ready set go and began swimming, using powerful breaststrokes to propel him forward.

Elliot nodded slowly, stretching out an arm to hold her hand. "Thank you for everything.", he whispered.

Tamara squeezed his hand. "No problem." she said. "You have to stay here and rest for the next couple days." she told him. "I'll go make breakfast."

Jade smiled and took off, swimming for the other side when he said 'go'. Of course he would be better in water, being a water mage and not having clothes that would slow him down, but she was only in it for fun anyway, so wouldn't mind losing the race.

Tamara giggled and walked out of the room. A few minutes later a smell of pankakes filled the air. About another 10 minutes later Tamara came back holding a heaping plate of pancakes, orange juice and blueberries. "I hope you're hungry!" she said smiling. She set the plate on Elliot's nightstand and gave him a quick kiss.
