Luka didn't look to her at all. He just stared outwards, afraid of not knowing who he really was. He had seen others have feelings for others, and he knew he had feelings for her, but he didn't know if he should just leave them to wither away.

"Are you alright?" Jade asked after a little bit. She didn't like how he was pulling back now.

Luka asked softly, confusion is his voice "Why are you staying with me? I'm evil. I like hurting others. You are meek, kind-hearted, and beautiful. And that will be destroyed if you're around me." He added solemnly "Do you know how many people I've killed?"

A few hours later Tamara woke up. She looked at the clock and saw that it was 4:47PM. "Oh dear I slept in." she whispered. She climbed out of bed and walked to Elliot's door and knocked.

Maximilian nodded, replying "I'll try my best, I wouldn't want to never return. I have responsibilities here and most importantly you. Now you go to bed, and rest." He bended the light near the windows so that it would return outside, darkening the room. He returned to her side to plant a kiss on her forehead, then went downstairs to get Maddox.

Arisala smiled at him as he left, wondering how she had gotten so lucky with him. All this time and they fit together so well. She laid her head back and attempted to shut out all the worries she held. Not just for him for going out into the world, but also for all the mages under her care. She wasn't sure how she was going to rest with that weight on her chest but she was certainly going to try.

Ara was too busy enjoying the sandwich to care about him watching her. Food always tasted better when you were hungry. "No, the only other mages I know were my parents and Jade." She answered truthfully

"I must be a bit of a shock coming here then, being surrounded by mages?" Maddox replied, curious how she was doing in that regards. He understood her pain at her missing friend, but having grown up around so few mages he wondered if this was all a bit overwhelming.
