Eira nodded, "I understand why you want to go back. Even if you won't be able to return." she sighed another deep sigh, "How much longer do you plan on staying?"

"I won't be able to return?" she asked.

(I was going back through the last like thirty pages to update the character page and found these characters had not been accepted yet. They are all accepted if you guys still want them in there. Also to everyone the character page has been updated let me know if there are any problems. )

Luka offered softly "We could go out to the suburbs, find a nice house somewhere. But we could also go to that Mage House." He looked at her, waiting for an answer.

Jade looked to him again and smiled a little "I thought you didn't know where the mage house is." She said with a soft teasing tone then shrugged "I'm not sure about staying with a bunch of people anyway. It sounds a bit scary."

Iris nodded at her answer, replying "Nothing much either, a few years ago we had an earth mage who couldn't handle his powers and grew a tree from a small plant.
The Society came and got him." She added for good measure "That's what the neighbors said, at least, I was out of town." She hesitated, before realizing she most likely could easily kill her if she was a human or didn't like her kind, "Mages need to control their powers; it's took a long time before I managed to do so myself."

Ester opened her mouth to reply, but then as she listened to Iris she realized something.
"Wait, did you just admit that you're a mage?" She questioned, rather surprised. It was a bold move, after all.

Jade looked to him again and smiled a little "I thought you didn't know where the mage house is." She said with a soft teasing tone then shrugged "I'm not sure about staying with a bunch of people anyway. It sounds a bit scary."

Luka nodded, asking instead "So a small apartment would be nice? Just you and me? Or one separate for you if you want that?" He inwardly groaned, that meant money, and money was going to be abit hard to get.

(I was going to wait and put the description in the chat thread once its up but I don't mind giving you an idea. And Hoodedhuntress can chime in if she wants to change anything. The government program has two sides, but the ultimate goal is control. They see the mages as weapons, a means to an end. One side is about study and research, learning everything they can then if need be killing the subjects to pass their powers onto their own selected people. The other side is about controlling the mages in their care. Some are their willingly and understand fully what happens there, like Lyla, others are lied to. They are told only what is necessary, if that makes sense.

As for a description there is a photo in the first post that gives you an idea what it looks like from the outside. Inside their are multiple levels, some people may not have access to all the levels. The lab is mostly a sublevel under the building, there is some of it located in a secure wing on the first floor. The rest of the first floor is lobby like and some offices. There is a floor with living quarters for the mages, this includes dining and kitchen, many rooms and facilities. The floor above it has mostly recreation type facilities to keep the mages happy. There is a gym and locker room as well as temp housing for regular staff, as well as a medical suit. This is how I invision it, @HoodedHuntress can chime in as well to mention if I got anything wrong. Also feel free to ask any questions. )

Maddox nodded and took her dishes from her to clean them up. "I hear ya, I was the same way when I first came here too." He replied after rinsing the dishes and putting them in the sink.

(Maybe Maximilian can come in at this point and they can all head out? We were mostly waiting for him. @HoodedHuntress )

Maximilian came downstairs and looked around, spotting Maddox and a girl by the sink. He recognized her from earlier, the one who was looking for her friend. He asked Maddox "Ready to leave?"

Eira smacked her head with her hand, "Right, you wouldn't know yet." she went on, "If you've been to the Mage House and leave for more than two hours, you forget the House and how to get back to it."
