Luka lifted her chin softly with an arm softly as they pulled away slowly. He didn’t know what to say, he just wanted to be there, in the quiet that one hears after lovers kiss for the first time, judging whether they liked it or not.

Jade met his eyes as he pulled away. She was smiling but had no words either. Her hand tightened on his arm to keep him from pulling back further.

Elliot would’ve respond d, but his mouth was full. He laughed at her, causing a few of the noddles to dangle loose from his mouth.

Tamara grinned. She loved seeing him smile. "You got some noodles on your mouth." she teased.
