Ara nodded then sighed and closed her eyes as they headed back to the house. At least she had a place to stay now, a place with other mages so she wouldn't be alone. "Maybe give her a day or two first?"

Maximilian opened the door for the two, silently pondering what had happened, and why he had to accompany them. He used his telepathic link to communicate to Ari "I'm home...come find me..." With a smile he headed for the basement, which would hopefully be the last place she would look, if she even was doing so.
