Ara came up with an idea to have Elena build me a dome to practice in out of the earth, that way I won't be so out of control. Thats why I am waiting for her. And thank you for asking." He replied with a kind smile, touched that she cared enough to ask.

Lilith looked at him, not smiling, but genuinely happy for him. Lilith wasn't the person to do this, but with a nervous blush, she scooted closer and hugged him softly. It wasn't very tight, or long, but she wanted to communicate that she hoped his situation with his powers got better.

Arisala squealed a bit in excitement as he coalesced in front of her but when he moved to kiss her she was not complaining. She kissed him happily and wrapped her arms around his waist. When she pulled back she smiled up at him. "I am glad your back, I saw Ara on my way down she looked a touch upset. I wish things had gone better but at least we know she is alive. Although how she escaped is beyond me, I have never heard of a mage escaping the government like that." She mused, trying to remember the last instance she had heard of that happening.

Maximilian smiled at her squeal, touching her chin softly to draw her in to the kiss. Once the kiss was completed and she had commented on Ara, he responded "Me neither, but I sensed both of them were very powerful, and the water mage had an ice aura around him. Which is something I've never seen before, he must've been trained from birth."

Maddox smiled and half hugged her back, she was kind to worry about him like this. "Thank you, for now and for before. I was in a bad place, and I didn't treat you very well." He said with a frown as he looked at her, realizing this as he said it.

Arisala smiled at him, his playfulness and his kiss. "Well at least they are safe for now, both girls I mean. As for the water mage, one that is highly trained in ice is unusual. I wonder if he had anything to do with kidnapping her in the first place. I think Maddox mentioned that there was some ice magic present where she was taken." She mused as she leaned into his arms as she worked it all out in her head.

Lilith looked down at the floor as she gathered all her thoughts. She managed to mutter a quiet "You're welcome.", unsure what to say next. She imply looked up at his face, waiting for a reply, knowing very well she probably wouldn't get one, as per usual when she tried to talk to somebody.

Maximilian responded "Maybe they escaped together after he captured her? That doesn't make any sense but..." He pondered for a bit more, before asking with a sly grin "Does Ari have any plans later today?" He wanted to have some alone time with her, running the house could tire him sometimes,

"Yes, I do" Jade replied and tilted her head to meet his eyes. She smiled at him, happy to be here with him.

Maddox felt bad for how he had treated her, he gave her a side hug where they sat. "No seriously, thank you. Would you like to wait with me for Elena?" He asked with a smile, he wanted to give Ara her space, but wasn't keen on being alone while he waited for Elena to come back for the night.

Arisala listened to him, it was a strange situation but she supposed it mattered little. Jade was not in her care so there was nothing she could do about it anymore. She would instead focus on the one that was in her care, Ara. She brightened when he asked her if she had plans for later. "No not at the moment. Why did you have something romantic planned?" She teased.
