Jade smiled at him, flushed but happy. She snuggled against him again, simply enjoying their closeness for now.

Arisala listened to him, it was a strange situation but she supposed it mattered little. Jade was not in her care so there was nothing she could do about it anymore. She would instead focus on the one that was in her care, Ara. She brightened when he asked her if she had plans for later. "No not at the moment. Why did you have something romantic planned?" She teased.

Lilith tensed and quickly relaxed at his hug, before nodding to answer his question. She brushed her hair out of her face with her hands, looking to him nervously, before asking suddenly "Did your parents die too?" She had to talk to him, she couldn't talk to anyone else and her emotions had been boiling inside her for months.

Maximilian looked into her eyes, replying casually "No. But now I do, so consider your evening busy." He put a hand on her face, moving his thumb to her bottom lip, keeping his stare with her to keep tension but not submitting to the temptation of kissing her. "Would you like that?", he asked in a smooth silky voice.

Maddox frowned and nodded, "I lost my whole family. I, I killed them." He said quietly, remembering to breath through the pain, and try not to dwell on the past. He needed to be better about his powers and talking through this was the first step. He had learned that last night with Ara.

Arisala smiled, leaning in to kiss him lightly. "I would love that, I guess I am yours for the evening." She said with a smile as she reached up and ran her fingers through his hair as she memorized his face in that moment. So filled with love.
