Spera flapped her wings, getting ready to fly. She climbed onto a rock and jumped off it, flying a few feet before falling hard. "Oof!"

"You alright?" Nikki called.

"You alright?" Nikki called.

"Yeah," Spera said, "I'm gonna look for something high up I can jump off of."

 

[OwlLover]

Nikki nodded, and resumed trying to fly.

Spera padded outside and hopped onto a larger boulder before trying again.

 

[OwlLover]

Nikki would stay aloft for about 30 seconds before she would crash.

(Sure, but I was planning on having Spera meet one of my charries...)

Grumbling to herself Spera tried to get a running start.

 

[OwlLover]

(Okay.)

Nikki jumped off a rock, trying to get a better start but being blown to the side by a harsh gust of wind.

Spera flew up and touched the top of a tall tree. She faltered and tumbled to the dirt when she forgot the direction to flap her wings. Spera wandered farther into the trees, trying out her power of flight every few feet.

 

[OwlLover]

Nikki continued stumbling around in the air, her flight still noisy. A thought suddenly came to her, maybe I should ask Domino to come here and teach me how to really fly!
