Sheila perched on a low branch in a tree near the cave when the sun was just beginning to peek above the horizon (I'm assuming they got back by nightfall). She could sense that something was about to happen, something that would devastate Rainea, but what it would be she didn't know. She did know it had something to do with Thunder, but other than that it was a mystery.

Alana paced uneasily in the cave. She had a sense of foreboding, and she could not figure out the cause of it.

Sheila glided out of the tree, landing silently on the ground. She padded to the entrance of the cave and sat down by the side, her eyes searching the cave. Everyone was asleep, except Alana.

"Something's wrong," Alana said to Sheila.

 

[OwlLover]

Sheila nodded slowly, "I know," she said, "Kristina noticed it too."

 

[bluedragonfire]

"Hmm," said Alana. "We had better keep watch."

Sheila's ears flicked around uncomfortably as a strange, ominous wind blew into the cave.

Alana reacted instinctively, creating a wall of ice four feet thick in the mouth of the cave, blocking the entrance. "Wake up!" she screeched.
