Day 16. So close till my Little Miracles will be born!
The hawk hasn't begged me since day 13, but I think he's trying to make up a plan. I shutter. I hate hawks.
Today was a nice day. Seems to be in the 70's and the sun as shining! Very beautiful day! When I got down to eat I didn't stay down for a long time because of the weather.
I got down from my nest and ate bugs. There as no more water left and I was hoping it'd only rain tonight, but not storm. I did not like storms.
I looked up to the sky and let the sun warm me, but I heard a noise. I looked around me. All I saw was bushes and trees and grass. No bear with vicious claws, no fox with sharp teeth, and no hawk with killer feet.
That noise didn't sound fimilar. It was a different kind of noise. Like flapping and rustling bushes with stick breaking. What the? I just decided to go back up to my nest, still being catious.
When I got up I heard the noise again, but with no flapping. I hope it isn't something that can climb trees!
All of the sudden I saw something small and brown pop out of the rustling bushes. It was a baby deer! Aww!
I got down.
"Are you lost little guy?" I asked. Of course he couldn't speak. Why did I call him little guy again? He was obiviously taller than me.
He looked down at me with sad eyes. How sad! He's lost! I can tell.
"Poor you! Did you lose your mom?"
He just stared at me with big, sad eyes. I didn't know what to do at that point. I felt helpless.
"Why don't you stay here with me?" I smiled.
He didn't understand but he went to the clearing and layed there. Could he understand me or not?
